Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Conversation data and lead information are retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account termination, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with several third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • OpenAI — powers the Beck AI chatbot. Conversation content may be processed by OpenAI's API. See openai.com/privacy.
  • Twilio — handles SMS and voice services for missed call text-back and AI receptionist features.
  • Stripe — processes billing and payment information. StreamTec does not store payment card data.
  • Resend — used to send transactional emails including lead notifications and monthly reports.
  • Cal.com — used for scheduling discovery calls on this website.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience. This includes session cookies required for the client portal and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site.
